AGIS, LLC is a manufacturer and distributor of mechanical packing products for hydraulic ram pumps and a wide variety of other industrial and marine packing and sealing applications.
Among the many mechanical packing products available are:
Natural Fiber (#180-MLF). Square plait braided of fine quality imported flax rovings that have been lubricated with a pure edible tallow and a wax compound. Does not contain graphite.
Sizes: 1/8" to 1" square in increments of 1/16" standard. Consult factory for sizes larger than 1".
Service: mechanical packing for hydraulic rams and hydraulic accumulators, rotary, reciprocating and centrifugal shafts, stern tubes, plungers
Industries: pulp & paper mills, marine, waste/water treatment, steel, mining
Recommended usage: mechanical packing for high pressure hydraulic rams and hydraulic accumulators; rotary, reciprocating and centrifugal shafts; high-speed shafts, stern tubes, plungers; and for service conditions characterized by exposure to brine, cold water and cold oil.

Natural Fiber Teflon® (#220-T) Square plait braided of highest quality imported flax rovings where all miscellaneous ingredients have been removed and rovings have been impregnated with Teflon suspensoid and a fine break-in lubricant.
Sizes: 1/8" to 1" square in increments of 1/16" standard. Consult factory for sizes larger than 1"
Service: mechanical packing for reciprocating and rotary rams, stern tube packing, shafts and plungers. Fire hydrants, paper mill service, including clafins, stock pumps, jordans and hydrofiners
