industrial ceramic fiber insulation blankets,
engineered to withstand
continuous service
temperatures up to 2300°F, is available from
AGIS, LLC, manufacturer/distributor of high
temperature industrial sealing products.
AGIS ceramic fiber blankets are completely inorganic and designed for use as insulation for high temperature kilns and furnaces, flexible pipes, expansion joint material, incineration equipment, and stack linings.
All blankets are custom spun from extra long ceramic fibers, which are
cross-locked through a unique process that results in a needled blanket
characterized by excellent handling strength, light weight, high strength
and flexibility. Other properties include:
resistance
to heat and chemical attack, thermal
shock stability and low thermal conductivity.
texture uniformity and plain surface,
low density, good resiliency and
excellent sound absorbing and filtering property.

panels and ovens, reusable insulation for steam and gas turbines

ceramic fiber blankets are available in
densities of
6 and 8 PCF (pounds per cubic foot);
thicknesses of ¼”, ½” and 1” and widths of 24” and 48” Other thicknesses
