TOPOG-E®*Custom molded rubber boiler gaskets *Custom molded rubber manhole gaskets *Custom molded rubber handhole gaskets *Custom molded rubber water heater gaskets *Custom molded rubber gaskets for boiler, water heater or air tank applications
Specially formulated rubber gaskets molded to exact shape and size of the manhole or handhole of your boiler, water heater or air tank. Suitable for temps to 380 . F and pressures to 180 PSI. Resistant to boiler treatment chemicals. Available in standard, oval, obround, pear, round and diamond shape. Custom shapes and sizes on request.
Manufactured from EPDM, a special rubber formulation with excellent resistance to heat, chemicals and ageing. Performs well in most steam and water sealing applications where temps and pressures do not exceed 375 and 150 PSI respectively. Extreme resiliency enables AGIS gaskets to fill uneven spots on flange surfaces for superior seals.
FOLDED WIRE-INSERTED FIBERGLASS
Manufactured from a unique blend of carded wire-inserted fiberglass and proprietary fibers, coated with heat-resistant rubber compound. Rated at temps to 380 . F and pressures to 180 PSI. Brass wire inserted throughout fabric ensures greater heat dispersion. No taped joints to impede performance. Available in manhole or handhole; round, oval and obround shapes.
Manufactured of layers of preformed 304SS metal strip (for mechanical resistance) and intermittent layers of micarb sealing paper (for resiliency). Material is wound on forms to specific shape and size. Ends are then welded. Rated to 999 PSI and temps to 1000 (1999 PSI available) For extreme temperatures, a graphic filler can be used. Standard shapes available: oval, obround, pear, diamond, round, square.
Applications: Boilers (where pressures exceed non-metallic gasket capabilities); heat exchangers with centerwebs
Topog-E® 2000 High Pressure Boiler Gaskets
sealing alternative to spiral wound gaskets in most types of higher
pressure industrial vessels and tanks with inspection openings.
Manufactured from multiple layers of graphite foil and reinforced with 316
stainless steel foil for added stability, Series 2000 gaskets offer
exceptional thermal stability, chemical inertness, light weight and
Service: temps to
1200 F (650 C) in steam; to 850 F (454 C) in atmosphere; pressure
(typical): 250 - 2000 psi (17-138 bar)
AGIS compressed fiber gaskets are manufactured from AGIS Style C-4401 compressed sheet, which feature nitrile rubber-bonded synthetic fibers of high chemical stability and heat resistance. Service conditions to 750 F, 1450 PSI (300 PSI saturated steam) Superior creep resistance at high temperatures Tensile strength of 2200 PSI
Applications: Field-proven gasket sealing solution for chemical processing, petrochemical, refinery, power generation and pulp and paper industries, among others.
Made of 100% virgin, expanded PTFE, AGIS PTFE joint sealant is a soft, compressible form-in-place gasket material that conforms to almost any sealing surface-- even rough, scratched, and damaged surfaces. Upon compression, it forms a thin, hard seal capable of withstanding a wide range of pressures, temperatures and chemical attacks. FDA compliant. East installation, easy removal.
Service conditions: temperatures: -450°F
Sizes: 1/8" to 1" width; 15' to 150' lengths Custom sizes and shapes available.
Applications: Raised face & flat face flanges; metal, plastic & glass-filled flanges; round, oval, rectangular, complex and irregular flanges; pump & compressor housing flanges; boiler & pressure vessel manholes & handholes; heat exchangers, among others.
Suitable for standard 150# and 300# ring and full face pipe flanges. Available in sizes 1/2" through 30", 1/16" and 1/8" thickness
Manufactured from 1/32" thick compressed sheet. Head, valve, body, valve bracket, valve bracket cover, valve body, bellows base and guide plate gaskets available. Also manufactured from Teflon® sheet
Pipe gaskets manufactured with a slit-type Teflon envelope protective covering, which imparts the mechanical strength, resilience and bolt load retention of compressed sheet together with the chemical resistance of PFTE (Teflon). Maximum service temperature: 550 F, Used in equipment with glass-coated steel flanges.
Available in 1/16" or 1/8" thickness with eight standard fillers: C-4401 compressed sheet, neoprene, EPDM, BUNA-N, silicone, Viton®, Hypalon®, and- when a higher pressure resistance is required-- corrugated stainless steel. Pipe sizes: 3/4" through 12" diameter
Additional fillers available: white neoprene, butyl, plant fiber, red rubber, CI rubber and gum rubber.
Applications: Because of Teflon's outstanding chemical resistance, AGIS Teflon envelope gaskets are ideal for the chemical and petrochemical industries.
